  • Waives, releases, and forever discharges any and all claims, causes of action, or demands against Soldi Race Wear & Apparel LLC, its owners, affiliates, employees, suppliers, agents, and representatives, arising from or related to the use or performance of these products;

  • Agrees not to rely on any verbal or written representations regarding the safety or effectiveness of the products, and acknowledges that no such representation shall be considered a warranty;

  • Agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Soldi Race Wear & Apparel LLC, its affiliates, owners, employees, and agents, from any and all liabilities, claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees), whether brought by the user or a third party, arising from the use, misuse, or failure of the products—including claims based on negligence, strict liability, or breach of warranty.
